Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, here's how it works.

Arrival windows

We provide a 2-hour arrival window for your appointment. Arrival times are estimates and may shift due to weather, prior jobs, or traffic — if we're running behind, we'll let you know.

24 hours' notice

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice during our business hours — excluding weather conditions on the day of your appointment, which we'll always work out with you.

How to cancel or reschedule

Your request is accepted by calling the office at 847-707-7325 or by email at info@perfecttouch.us.

Late cancellations and no-access

Cancellations or rebooked appointments made without at least 24 hours' notice will result in a $40 charge. The same applies if our crew arrives and cannot access the property or work area — for example a locked gate, no entry for interior work, or no safe access — which is treated as a late cancellation.

Weather and rescheduling by us

We may reschedule your appointment due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. If we do, there is no charge to you, and we'll contact you to rebook at the earliest convenient time.

Deposits and ordered materials

Some jobs — such as gutter, deck, or fence installation — require materials ordered specifically for your project and may require a deposit. If you cancel after materials have been ordered, any restocking and delivery fees still apply.

Recurring and seasonal appointments

Recurring visits — such as house cleaning or seasonal maintenance — follow the same 24-hour notice. Snow plowing is handled under your seasonal contract and can be cancelled per the terms of that contract.
