What are my options for Christmas light installation?▾
Two main ones, plus a third if you've already got lights. Lease is full-service — we supply professional-grade lights, design and hang the display, keep it running all season, and take it down after the holidays. Buy & Own means you keep a professional-grade set and we re-hang it for you each season. And if you'd rather, we'll simply hang the lights you already own. We walk through it all on a free online estimate before you decide.
Do I have to sign a long contract?▾
It depends on the option. The Lease plan is a 3-year agreement — we don't lease lights without it, and your price stays locked for all 3 years. Buy & Own and hanging your own lights have no long-term commitment and are booked season to season. We spell out the details before you commit to anything.
What is the Additional Care Plan?▾
It's an optional add-on for the Buy & Own plan. If a section stops working mid-season, a bulb fails, or something gets knocked loose, we come out and fix it at a discounted rate — and we can store your lights for you in the off-season, so there's nothing for you to box up. Lease customers don't need it — mid-season fixes are already covered.
Are professional-grade lights really better than store-bought?▾
Yes. The professional-grade King Pro bulbs we install are rated for tens of thousands of hours, are weather-sealed, and hold consistent color season after season. If one bulb fails you replace just that bulb instead of the whole string. Big-box store lights usually last only a season or two before the whole set needs replacing.
Can you hang Christmas lights I already own?▾
Yes. We review your lights with you first to make sure they're safe and in good shape, then install them cleanly and level. Takedown after the season is available too if you want it.
Do you take the lights down after the season?▾
Yes. We recommend removal by late winter, since the clips break down under long UV exposure. Leased lights come back with us; your own lights are taken down and packed neatly, ready for next year.
When should I book Christmas light installation?▾
As early as you can — November install dates fill up fast. Reaching out in October locks in your preferred date before the holiday rush.
Will the install damage my roof or gutters?▾
No. We use clip-based mounting — no drilling and no staples through your soffit. Every attachment point is chosen to protect your roof, gutters, and siding, and our crew is fully insured.
