Window well cleaning is priced per well: a basic glass-only clean starts at $10 per well (usually added to a window cleaning), a deep clean starts at $35 per well, and a deep clean with power washing starts at $65 per well. There is a $100 minimum per visit.
What's the difference between the cleaning levels?▾
Basic is just the window glass in the well. Deep cleaning clears out cobwebs, leaves, and debris and cleans the glass, frame, and screen. Deep with power washing adds a power wash of the well walls with a mold treatment and a power wash of the well cover.
Why do window wells need cleaning?▾
A well packed with leaves and debris traps water against your basement window and foundation, which leads to leaks, mold, rust, and pests. Clearing it out keeps water draining away and daylight coming in.
Do you clean the window well drain?▾
If your well has a drain at the bottom, we can dig out the leaves and debris packed on top of it so water can reach it and drain away again.
Can you add fresh gravel to the well?▾
Yes. As an add-on we can put fresh drainage stone in the bottom of the well, materials included, starting at $60 per well.
